The necklace is made up of numerous peacock  pendants brought to life with nakkasi work  (decorated with kempu stones) all joined together with great skill and finesse. A majestic pendant with the image of lakshmi sits at the center of the necklace.

The skill and craftsmanship  exhibited in this piece are truly amazing. Crafted using techniques used in South Indian antique jewellery;  the necklace has been oxidised.
